Phân tích chính sách đổi mới sáng tạo (ĐMST) vùng là một chủ đề nghiên cứu được nhiều học giả trong và ngoài nước quan tâm với nhiều cách tiếp cận khác nhau, nghiên cứu này chứng minh cách tiếp cận hệ thống ĐMST) vùng là phù hợp trong phân tích chính sách nhằm thúc đẩy hoạt động ĐMST vùng Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long (ĐBSCL). Qua kết quả nghiên cứu đã cho thấy cách tiếp cận hệ thống ĐMST vùng là phù hợp để áp dụng trong phân tích chính sách ĐMST ở một nước đang phát triển như Việt Nam, đồng thời, góp phần làm sâu sắc thêm về cách tiếp cận hệ thống ĐMST vùng trong phân tích chính sách ĐMST và việc áp dụng cách tiếp cận hệ thống ĐMST vùng nhằm thúc đẩy hoạt động ĐMST vùng ĐBSCL là khả thi và có ý nghĩa về mặt thực tiễn.
