Abstract

On basis of indicated specific features of research university and research quality as a deciding factor for evaluation of activity of research university, the paper provides an analysis of actual research activities of Thai Nguyen University in recent time as well as reasons of existing limitations of these activities. Then, the paper proposes certain solutions to enhance research quality of Thai Nguyen University in coming time.
