Some solutions to link research and training in some countries

Linkage of research and training is of great interest in many countries. This is a difficult issue that requires a lot of effort and implementation of appropriate solutions. The experience of some countries has shown some solutions to success are: concentrating on building a number of research universities; strengthening links between undergraduate and postgraduate training and scientific research in the teaching staff at universities; enhancing scientific research in students, graduate students, PhD students, postdoc; developing research and development organizations in universities; strengthening training activities of research institutes and staff; developing the linkage between research institutes - universities - enterprises; expanding international relations on linking undergraduate and postgraduate education and scientific research. These are also some experiences that have meaningful implications for Vietnam.
