Abstract

The paper offers some basic notions of “Think-Tank” and experiences from international “Think-Tank”. The paper also provides analysis of initial activities of Vietnam “ThinkTank” and proposes some recommendations to enhance operational efficiency of “ThinkTank” in Vietnam.
