Innovation from science-technology views

There exist different approaches to innovations and innovation system. This paper puts targets to study the topic through comparison of innovation systems and science-technology systems on basis of relations between knowledge, innovation and innovation system. Innovations and innovation systems are initially described through specific concepts such as innovative knowledge, innovative enterprise and etc. Here some accents are put on the close linkage between innovations and science-technology. On basis of unified concepts there exists synergy between innovation and science-technology which would lead to effective links. The links of innovation and science-technology form new advancing steps and bring back basic benefits.
