Đổi mới sáng tạo (ĐMST) trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ cũng như hệ thống ĐMST ngành dịch vụ chưa từng được nghiên cứu ở Việt Nam. Việc nghiên cứu tổng quan về hệ thống ĐMST ngành dịch vụ để chỉ ra những đặc trưng của hệ thống này là điều cần thiết. Từ những nét đặc trưng này của hệ thống ĐMST ngành dịch vụ, bài viết sẽ đưa ra một số lưu ý về phương pháp nghiên cứu để giúp cho các nghiên cứu sau này về hoạt động ĐMST trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ được tốt hơn.
