Policies for developing Industry 4.0 in some leading countries and proposals for Vietnam

This article analyzes policies that pave the way for the 4.0 industry developed in the eight most typical countries of the European Union. The author points to the most fundamental and clarifies the essentials of the policy that the so-called forward countries have pursued, including policy space identification, pursuit goals, supply budgeting, efficiency, focus and implications of policy, governance and implementation, barriers and individual barriers in each country. From then on, draw valuable lessons for builders as well as implementing policies at the national level in industry 4.0 in Vietnam today. The author also outlines a number of policy recommendations that will provide a solid foundation for industry 4.0 development.
